Ashley Austin-Hill, Principal Compliance Consultant has served and supported her community for 17 years in non-profit, residential care providers such as assisted living facilities, home and community-based services, and mental health residential services.

As former long-term care investigator she recognized long-term care providers face the lack of training, leadership, and guidance in developing and maintaining person-first care to our aging and disabled populations.

 

As a speaker, compliance consultant, and organizer, Ashley is passionate about advocating for these populations by speaking, training, coaching, and preparing long-term care providers to develop consistent, compliant, and quality person-first care.
